Carrot /Pea Salad
- 1 big carrot (chopped )
- 12 cup green peas (shelled )
- 12 big onion (chopped )
- 12 green chili
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- Boil the carrots and peas with water on medium / low heat for about 3 minutes or till they are cooked but firm.
- Cool.
- Now add the chopped onions, chillies, mint leaves, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander.
