Blind Pierogi Recipe

  1. Cook macaroni 3/4 hour.
  2. Let stand 1/2 hour covered with water.
  3. Saute/fry onions in butter.
  4. Add in liquid removed sauerkraut.
  5. Drain macaroni.
  6. Mix with oil.
  7. Add in to sauerkraut mix.
  8. Mix.
  9. Add in remaining ingredients and mix.
  10. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  11. Cover with foil.
  12. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
