Healthy and Quick Tilapia Tacos
- 4 each tilapia filet
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon and pepper seasoning (generous)
- 6 each corn or flour tortillas (your choice)
- 1 small bunch of cilantro chopped (a must to me)
- 1 cup grated mexican cheese (or whatever you like on your tacos)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (optional)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 dash salt
- Melt butter in skillet
- Add tilapia filets and sprinkle generously with lemon.pepper seasoning and dash of salt
- Break up filets as it cooks.
- Cooks very quickly about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm tortillas and garnish with cilantro onion cheese and tomatoes.
- So good and healthy!!
