Shrimp, Edamame, and Corn Tempura Fritters

  1. Prep the peeled shrimp, edamame, and corn.
  2. Heat the frying oil.
  3. Mix up the tempura flour following the package instructions.
  4. Add the shrimp, edamame and corn, and deep fry tablespoons of the batter.
  5. This is how they look cut open.
  6. The green, yellow and red is colorful.
  7. I used this type of vegetable-fruit oil.
  8. It worked very well!
  9. The tempura fritters were light and crispy.
