/Pressure cooker steak pizzaiola/ from frozen
- 1 1/2 lb frozen london broil
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 large onion / sliced
- 1 28 once can of crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- In pressure cooker pot add oil and tomato paste and mix .
- Place meat on top.
- Then add all other ingredients.
- Set cooker to highest pressure and set timer to 65 minutes.
- You want your meat to come out fork tender.
- Shred meat with two forks in pan.
- Serve over your favorite pasta or even mashed potatoes .
- ***Note***
- You can use fresh meat for this.
- Just reduce cooking time to 25minutes.
