/Pressure cooker steak pizzaiola/ from frozen

  1. In pressure cooker pot add oil and tomato paste and mix .
  2. Place meat on top.
  3. Then add all other ingredients.
  4. Set cooker to highest pressure and set timer to 65 minutes.
  5. You want your meat to come out fork tender.
  6. Shred meat with two forks in pan.
  7. Serve over your favorite pasta or even mashed potatoes .
  8. ***Note***
  9. You can use fresh meat for this.
  10. Just reduce cooking time to 25minutes.
