Better-than-Ever Quiche
- 2 whole wheat English muffins, split, cut crosswise in half
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 1 whole egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices reduced-sodium bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brush muffin pieces with Italian dressing.
- Beat next 3 ingredients in medium bowl with whisk until well blended.
- Add all remaining ingredients except muffin pieces; mix well.
- Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with muffin pieces, rounded-sides against edge of pie plate, to form scalloped edge.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until top is puffed and knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
