Lemon Pepper Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Place butter into bowl.
  3. Microwave 20 seconds or until melted.
  4. Add Brussels sprouts, salt and pepper; stir until Brussels sprouts are well coated.
  5. Place in single layer on prepared pan.
  6. Bake, stirring halfway through, 20-25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are softened and beginning to brown.
  7. Sprinkle lemon juice and lemon zest over Brussels sprouts; toss lightly to coat.
