Easy Peach Crumble
- 2 cans (14 fl oz/398 mL each) peach halves in light syrup, drained, reserving juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/3 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Arrange peach halves, cut side down, in shallow 8-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together reserved peach juice, lemon juice, corn starch and ginger until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Pour over peaches.
- Mix sugar, flour and baking powder in medium bowl.
- Cut in cream cheese product with pastry blender or 2 forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk until well blended.
- Spoon topping mixture over peaches.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until topping is browned and fruit juices bubble around it.
- Serve warm.
