Easy Peach Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Arrange peach halves, cut side down, in shallow 8-inch baking dish.
  3. Whisk together reserved peach juice, lemon juice, corn starch and ginger until smooth and no lumps remain.
  4. Pour over peaches.
  5. Mix sugar, flour and baking powder in medium bowl.
  6. Cut in cream cheese product with pastry blender or 2 forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Stir in milk until well blended.
  8. Spoon topping mixture over peaches.
  9. Bake 30 min.
  10. or until topping is browned and fruit juices bubble around it.
  11. Serve warm.
