Easy to Drink! Banana and Komatsuna Smoothie
- 2 Banana
- 50 grams Komatsuna
- 100 ml Water
- There are only 2 ingredients plus water, as shown in the picture!
- Wash the Japanese mustard spinach well, and roughly chop.
- Cut the bananas into pieces.
- Put bananas and komatsuna into a blender in that order.
- Add the water, and turn it on!
- When they are well blended, it's done.
- For those who like soy milk, add 50 ml of water and 50 ml of soy milk.
- This gives the smoothie a mild and delicious flavor.
