pulled pork
- 6 lb pork shoulder/ butt roast
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1 can rootbeer
- 2 cup BBQ sauce
- rub onion mix on pork
- sprinkle salt and pepper
- place in crook pot
- mix rootbeer and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- pour BBQ rootbeer on pork
- cook on low for 11 hours on low
- after 11 hours, shred pork
- mix 3/4 cup of the juice and 1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- mix shredded pork with sauce and slow cook on high for 20 min.
