Spicy Salmon

• 1-1/2 lb. skin-on salmon fillets Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1 tsp. ground coriander
• 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Place fish, skin sides down, in single layer on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; drizzle over fish.
4. Sprinkle with cilantro.
5. Bake 15 min.
6. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
7. Drizzle with lime juice.
