Zucchini Pizza Casserole

• 2 -3 small zucchini, cut into small pieces
• 1 stalk celery, diced fine
• 1 small onion, diced fine
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1 -2 tablespoon bread or 1 -2 tablespoon cracker crumb
• 0.5 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese

1. Saute zucchini, celery and onion in small amount of cooking oil until soft.
2. Add enough cracker/bread crumbs to bind the vegtables together.
3. Add the pizza sauce and heat thoroughly.
4. Top with mozarella cheese prior to serving.
