Conch Fritters Scungilli

  1. Chop scungilli in food processor.
  2. Grate onion and pepper into conch.
  3. Add eggs, salt and melted butter and mix well.
  4. Sift flour and baking powder into mixture.
  5. Blend until it is thick enough to spoon into hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Serve with seafood sauce of your choice.
