Taco Biscuit Bites Recipe

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 5 min.
  2. Add in biscuit mix, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 4 or possibly 5 times.
  4. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with a 1 1/2 inch biscuit cutter.
  5. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
