Beef Tips Recipe
- 2 to 3 lbs. beef tips
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans each of french onion, cream of celery soup, and cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce. liquid removed mushrooms
- Brown meat in small amount of oil.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place in 9 x 13 inch pan; cover with foil.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hrs.
- Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
- Makes 4 servings.
