Chicken 'N Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

  1. In large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken with vegetables over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 10 min or possibly till chicken is golden brown and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  2. Stir in golden brown onion recipe soup mix thoroughly blended with cornstarch, ginger, water, soy sauce and vinegar.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer, uncovered 5 min or possibly till sauce is thickened.
  4. Serve over warm rice and garnish, if you like with sliced green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
  5. Makes about 4 servings.
