Bulgogi - Korean BBQ
- 12 kiwi
- 14 onion
- 12 apple
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 cup water
- 14 cup sugar
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet cooking rice seasoning
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 good sized king oyster mushrooms
- 12 onion
- 4 green onions
- 12 lb thinly sliced sirloin
- Blend 1/2 kiwi, 1/4 onion, 1/2 apple, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sweet cooking rice seasoning, 1 teaspoon honey together.
- Strain the mixture.
- Marinate the thinly sliced king oyster mushroom, 1/2 sliced onion, sliced green onions and thinly sliced sirloin in the sauce overnight to maximize flavor.
- Barbeque or pan fry the dish.
