Ready in 10 Minutes Delicious Chicken Skin Crackers
- 200 grams Chicken skins
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Heat up a frying pan over medium heat, and arrange the chicken skins without oil.
- Fry them over medium heat for 5 minutes while pressing them down with a spatula as shown in the picture.
- The excess oil comes out at this point, so transfer into a bowl.
