Ready in 10 Minutes Delicious Chicken Skin Crackers

  1. Heat up a frying pan over medium heat, and arrange the chicken skins without oil.
  2. Fry them over medium heat for 5 minutes while pressing them down with a spatula as shown in the picture.
  3. The excess oil comes out at this point, so transfer into a bowl.
  4. Using the chicken oil makes the vegetable stir-fry more delicious.
  5. Flip them after 5 minutes.
  6. When they are browned like the ones in the picture, they are ready to be flipped over.
  7. Press them down using the spatula again.
  8. Remove the excess oil from the pan.
  9. When both sides become crispy like the ones in the picture, they are done.
  10. Sprinkle with salt and pepper while they are still hot, then they are ready to be served!
