Bulgarian Yogurt Soup (Tarator)
- 500 grams Natural Yogurt
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 bunch Dill
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive or sunflower oil
- 1 cup Cold water
- Peel the cucumber and grate it into a large bowl.Peel and crush the garlic cloves in the bowl.
- Chop the dill and add to the bowl as well.
- Season with the olive oil and salt to taste.
- Shake the pot of yogurt before opening it as you are making a cocktail out of it and pour it into the bowl.
- Stir the mixture well with a fork.
- Stir in the cup of cold water until mixed and refrigerate for about 15 to 20 min.
- Enjoy!
