Bulgarian Yogurt Soup (Tarator)

  1. Peel the cucumber and grate it into a large bowl.Peel and crush the garlic cloves in the bowl.
  2. Chop the dill and add to the bowl as well.
  3. Season with the olive oil and salt to taste.
  4. Shake the pot of yogurt before opening it as you are making a cocktail out of it and pour it into the bowl.
  5. Stir the mixture well with a fork.
  6. Stir in the cup of cold water until mixed and refrigerate for about 15 to 20 min.
  7. Enjoy!
