Chicken and Brocolli Tomato Alfredo

  1. marinate chicken pieces in italian dressing overnight.
  2. Sauce:.
  3. melt butter in sauce pan.
  4. add garlic, cooking and stirrin constantly for 1 minute.
  5. add flour and stir.
  6. slowly add milk to make a roux.
  7. add cheeses.
  8. stir constatnly and then pput on back burner on low to keep warm.
  9. Cook pasta according to directions.
  10. add brocoli floretts for last 4 mins of cooking time.
  11. while pasta is cooking, brown chicken in pan.
  12. drain off most of the liquid from chicken.
  13. add tomatoes.
  14. sautee untill tomatoes are cooked thru, about 5 minutes add alfredo sauce.
  15. stir and cook till bubbly.
  16. add to pasta-broccolie mixtrure.
  17. serve with addisional parmesean cheese.
