Green Beans With Feta

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add green beans.
  3. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. Add broth, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add red onion and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add lemon juice, toss and transfer to serving bowl.
  7. Add pine nuts and feta.
  8. Serve.
