Beef In Wine Sauce Stew Recipe

  1. Sprinkle garlic over meat.
  2. Put in heavy casserole dish or possibly Dutch oven.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients, except carrots and potatoes.
  4. Pour over meat.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 min.
  7. Add in potatoes and carrots.
  8. Cook 45 min more, till vegetables are done and meat is tender.
