Dessert Tortillas With Caramel

  1. Fry tortillas in 3/4" hot oil until crisp and golden, turning once; drain.
  2. Toss with combined sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Melt caramels and orange juice over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Serve with tortillas.
  5. Microwave: Microwave caramels and juice in a 2- cup measuring cup or 1 quart bowl on high for 1 1/2 minutes; stir.
  6. Return to microwave for 1 minute or until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
