Herbed Potatoes

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into about 3/4 inch size pieces.
  2. Place potatoes in pot and cover with water.
  3. Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and drain.
  5. All to drain for 5 minutes.
  6. Coat the potatoes in melted butter or oil sprinkle spices and parmesan cheese on them.
  7. Stir till all coated.
  8. Pour into casserole and heat at 350F till potatoes start turning lightly browned.
  9. It could take 30 to 40 minutes.
  10. A good golden brown color is desired.
