Honey Mustard Chicken Breasts
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 13 cup grainy mustard (L'Ancienne or Old Style Mustard)
- 12 cup honey (liquid)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 12 tablespoon dried rosemary (crushed)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Mix the mustard, honey, and olive oil in a large bowl.
- Season the chicken breasts with rosemary, pepper, and a bit of salt if desired.
- Marinade the chicken in the honey-mustard mixture at least overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done; Alternatively barbeque using indirect medium heat until done;.
