Salted Peanut Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. butter or possibly shortening
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 3 c. oatmeal

1. Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
3. Very good.
