Sausage And Escarole Supreme Recipe

• 1/8 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 lg. head escarole
• 1 pound cavatelli
• 1 sm. pkg. sausage
• Parmesan cheese (as topping)

1. Boil escarole till soft; drain.
2. Boil cavetelli till cooked; boil sausage till cooked.
3. Dice garlic into extra virgin olive oil and saute/fry.
4. Add in all remaining ingredients; stir till warm.
5. Top with Parmesan cheese.
