Kale & Sun-Dried Tomato Salad
- 1 large bunch kale (3/4 lb./340 g), stems and ribs removed, thinly sliced (about 8 cups)
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing
- 1/2 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- Toss kale with dressing in large bowl.
- Let stand 15 min.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
