Mango salsa
- 6 Tomatoes
- 3 Mangos
- 2 Red bell peppers
- 2 Yellow bell peppers
- 2 Red onions
- 1 as needed Cilantro
- 1 as needed Sea salt & peppercorn
- Wash and dice tomatoes, mangos, bell peppers, red onions and cilantro.
- Add diced tomato, bell pepper, red onion and cilantro into a mixing bowl.
- Do not add diced mango.
- Add lime juice, sea salt and peppercorn.
- Once salsa taste is to your liking, let the salsa sit for an hour.
- Drain the juice from the salsa.
- I like to keep it on the side for other uses.
- Last but not least, add diced mango into the salsa.
