Sophie's BBQ Mexican veggie burgers

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Put your chicken meat substitute and tomato sauce in a large bowl and blend until almost smooth (I like to leave a few chunks unblended).
  3. Add the rest of your ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Split and shape into 4 patties.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden at the edges.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
