Extremely peanutty choc chip cookies - flourless

• 1 1/2 packages crunchy peanut butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cup choc chips

1. preheat the oven to 180
2. mix all ingredients together - easily by hand!
3. roll and flatten to shape ( these won't expand) and place on a baking sheet on a tray, and bake until golden around the edges
4. allow to cool before removing from baking sheet

crunchy peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, choc chips
