Fajita Bar

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook 5 min.
  4. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in peppers and onions, 1 Tbsp.
  6. dressing; cook 5 min.
  7. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, jalapeno, parsley and remaining dressing to make salsa.
  9. Serve with lettuce, cheese and tortillas.
