Pineapple Shrimp
- 2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons pickles, chinese syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pickles, dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked
- 1 x rice, cooked
- Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in saucepan.
- Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan.
- Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened.
- Add the cooked shrimp and heat through.
- Serve on rice.
