VELVEETA Tex-Mex Beef & Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown meat with peppers and onions in large skillet; drain.
  3. Return to skillet.
  4. Stir in seasoning mix and water.
  5. Add potatoes, corn and Velveeta; mix well.
  6. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
  7. Bake 35 min.
  8. or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min.
