Devilishly Easy Chicken

  1. Place chicken breast halves between sheets of wax paper.
  2. With meat mallet or bottom of small skillet, pound chicken 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken.
  4. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, horseradish, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  5. Spread mixture over top of chicken breasts.
  6. Broil chicken on broiler pan 6 inches from heat, without turning, 7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
