Mouth of Hell Chili
- 1 large onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 pounds beef brisket
- 2 cups tomatoes stewed
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon cumin ground
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 12 ounces beer
- 3 each garlic cloves crushed
- 5 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons masa harina
- 1 ounce tequila
- Saute the onion and garlic in the oil.
- Add the meat and saute meat is browned.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the tequila and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- When you serve it pour the tequila over the top of the chili.
