Herb Broiled Tomatoes Recipe

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Add in butter, stirring well; set aside.
  3. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise.
  4. Place tomato halves, cut side up, on rack of a broiler pan.
  5. Broil 7" from heat for 3 min.
  6. Sprinkle tomatoes with cereal mix and broil 1 additional minute.
  7. Place on a serving platter.
  8. 6 servings, 43 calories per half.
