Rice Omelette
- 2 cup cooked white rice
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup spring onion
- 1 tbsp worcheschire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Beat eggs then add spring onion
- Add seasoning and cooked white rice
- With oil on non stick pan add egg and rice mixture and black pepper then cover top and in low heat for 10 minutes and off heat
- Do not open cover let egg set for 2 another minute then serve
