Hogs Head Cheese Recipe
- 1 fresh pork picnic ham with skim
- 6 fresh pigs feet
- 1 bunch green onions, minced
- 1 c. minced parsley
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a large pot and cover with water.
- Simmer till meat is tender.
- Remove meat from broth.
- Throw away fat and bones chops meat into small pcs.
- Return meat to broth and simmer till thick.
- Correct seasoning.
- Pour into long loaf pans and chill till hard.
