Shrimp Cakes

  1. Mix all ingredients to blend thoroughly.
  2. For each cake, shape 1/4 cup of batter into a patty 1 inch thick.
  3. Dip into additional beaten eggs and coat with addit ional bread crumbs.
  4. Deep fry at 350F (180C).
  5. until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes fo reach.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges.
