Honey Mustard Mash with Pork Steaks

  1. Boil or steam potato until tender; drain.
  2. Mash potatoes then stir in Vegie Pourover, milk and seasoning.
  3. Cover and keep warm.
  4. Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium-high heat.
  5. Spray pork with oil and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or to your liking.
  6. Remove and wrap in foil to rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve mashed potato with pork and steamed vegetables.
  8. Drizzle with extra Vegie Pourover and serve immediately.
