Beer Marinated Steaks
- 6 x 200g scoth fillet or sirloin steaks
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons seeded mustard
- 1 tablespoon HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon VEGEMITE
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- Place steaks in a single layer in a dish.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over steaks.
- Marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning steaks occasionally.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and reserve.
- BBQ the steaks over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade until cooked to your liking.
- Serve immdeiately.
