Easy Buffalo Chicken Panini
- 5 or 6 slices turkey breast
- 2 slice country or Italian bread
- 2 slice mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/4 avocado; sliced
- 1/4 red onion; shaved
- 1/3 yellow, orange, or red roasted bell pepper; julienne
- 1 Roma tomato; sliced
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- Layer ingredients together.
- Grill on preheated panini press at approximately 500 until golden brown and crispy.
- Use non-stick cooking spray or melted butter.
