Ritzy Fish Pasta Bake

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add fish, cook to seal sides.
  2. Remove from pan and reserve.
  3. Add butter, onion, and garlic.
  4. Cook until translucent.
  5. Add flour, stir for 1 minute.
  6. Slowly add milk, stirring continuously.
  7. Stir in 60g of the cheese and cook until mixture thickens.
  8. Add fish and pasta; pour into an ovenproof dish.
  9. Top mornay with combined crushed Ritz* Crackers, breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
  10. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until fish is hot and crackers are golden.
  11. Serve with a salad.
