Quick Egg & Potato Scramble

  1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes, onions and jalapeno peppers; cook 7 to 8 min.
  3. or until onions are tender and potatoes are golden brown, stirring frequently.
  4. Beat eggs and black pepper in small bowl; add to skillet.
  5. Cook 3 min.
  6. or until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
