Creamy Mediterranean Sub
- 3 cups Kraft Golden Italian Dressing
- 48 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz./120 g each)
- 72 slices zucchini, sliced lengthwise
- 72 slices onion slices, 1/4-inch (0.5 cm) thick King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- red or green pepper, cut into quarters
- 48 Italian rolls, split
- 3 cups Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- Grill chicken and vegetables over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through (170F) and vegetables are tender.
- Cut vegetables into strips.
- Toss chicken and vegetables in dressing to coat.
- Spread cut sides of roll with Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise.
- Top each roll with 1 chicken breast and the grilled vegetable mixture, divided equally.
