Pan Fried Italian Cube Steak

  1. Pour dressing in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Season the flour with the salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat a large skillet or electric skillet to 350 degrees F.
  4. Dredge meat in the dressing, then the flour, then the dressing, and back in the flour.
  5. Place in a hot skillet with oil and cook until golden brown (it may appear more black because of the dressing, hence the reason I call it burnt meat) and turn.
  6. Cook the other side until cooked through.
  7. Enjoy with a helping of mac and cheese!
