Pan Fried Italian Cube Steak
- 1/2 cups Wishbone Italian Dressing
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1 pound Cube Steak
- Oil, For Frying
- Pour dressing in a bowl and set aside.
- Season the flour with the salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.
- Heat a large skillet or electric skillet to 350 degrees F.
- Dredge meat in the dressing, then the flour, then the dressing, and back in the flour.
- Place in a hot skillet with oil and cook until golden brown (it may appear more black because of the dressing, hence the reason I call it burnt meat) and turn.
- Cook the other side until cooked through.
- Enjoy with a helping of mac and cheese!
