Alaska King Crab Royal Recipe

  1. Cut crab legs into 2 1/2- to 3-inch pcs.
  2. If you like, remove crab meat from shells and cut into bite-sized pcs for easier serving; return to shells.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over crab.
  4. Place crab legs, shell-side down, on broiler pan.
  5. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat 3 to 4 min; brush occasionally with sauce.
  6. Grilling Method: Prepare Alaska King crab legs as directed above.
  7. Place crab legs, shell-side down, on rack about 5 inches above warm coals.
  8. Grill 5 min or possibly till thoroughly heated; brush occasionally with sauce.
  9. This recipe yields 2 main dish servings or possibly appetizer servings.
  10. Recipe can be doubled.
