Reuben Dip

• 8 oz dried beef
• 1 cup sauerkraut rinsed drained and cut
• 1 pack cream cheese
• 2 cup shredded swiss cheese
• 1/2 cup thousand island dressing

1. Cut up the dried beef into small pieces
2. Mix all other ingredients together.
3. Bake at 400F for 30 min.
4. Serve with small rye breads, small pitas, wheat thins, or whatever cracker or bread you like.
