Reuben Dip
- 8 oz dried beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut rinsed drained and cut
- 1 pack cream cheese
- 2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- Cut up the dried beef into small pieces
- Mix all other ingredients together.
- Bake at 400F for 30 min.
- Serve with small rye breads, small pitas, wheat thins, or whatever cracker or bread you like.
