Stir Fried Broccoli for Two

  1. Dissolve bouillon granules in water.
  2. Combine cornstarch and sugar; stir into bouillon mixture.
  3. Add soy sauce and sherry.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Pour oil around top of preheated wok, coating sides; allow to heat at medium high 325F for 1 minute.
  6. Add garlic; stir fry 30 seconds.
  7. Add broccoli; stir fry 2 minutes.
  8. Pour bouillon mixture over broccoli, stirring well.
  9. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.
  10. Yield: 2 servings.
